Portfolio position

Three ventures.Three different stages.

A single-asset company rises and falls on one gate. AVIX is staggered by design: one venture is preparing for market, one is preparing for its first plant, and one is a reproducible laboratory proof. The important point is to show exactly where each venture sits and what the next proof step is.

Stage positions describe development progress, not forecasts of approval, launch, valuation or return. Green Antibiotics remains in-vitro; T-Booster is a supplement programme; AVIX Water products are foods and beverages rather than medicines.

The AVIX method

The markets differ. The sequence does not.

Human supplements, animal-health antimicrobials and drinking water do not share one regulator, one channel or one customer. What they do share is the order of work—and the discipline to stop at any stage the evidence does not support.

01 · Define

Choose the problem

Start with the need.Frame a measurable problem.Challenge it, then solve it.

02 · Build

Specify the solution

Turn rationale into a solution.Define what will be tested.Make assumptions measurable.

03 · Measure

Generate evidence

Use the right comparator.Measure what matters most.Keep uncertainty visible.

04 · Advance

Create the pathway

Connect evidence to market.Prepare IP, production, partners.Advance when data support it.

One method · three expressions

One method.Three expressions.

The same sequence appears in three very different forms: a clinically studied immune-health product, a plant-derived animal-health discovery programme and a hydration platform built for operational scale.

T-Booster

Biologyformulationhuman research

AVIX translated immune-ageing rationale into a defined formula, manufactured it under UK GMP and completed controlled human studies before preparing a launch pathway.

Green Antibiotics

Screeninglead selectionvalidation plan

Literature-guided selection, systematic screening and defined three-compound cocktails narrowed 41 combinations to seven leads, ready for the next validation gate.

AVIX Water

Specificationverificationproduction transfer

Water treatment, formulation, packaging and release were gathered into one operational platform so four products can move into qualified manufacturing.

The ventures in detail

What each venture has built. What comes next.

The same AVIX method produces three very different programmes. Each chapter below uses the same simple structure: what has been built, the four numbers that matter, what the evidence means, and the next value gate.

Venture 01 · Human immune health

T-Booster: immune ageing.Taken through human research.

The thymus helps develop precursor cells into specialised T cells and its activity declines with age. T-Booster is an 18-ingredient food supplement developed around that biology—and it is the AVIX programme that has travelled furthest towards market.

01

Why the thymus matters

The thymus helps developing T cells mature and supports the supply of newly formed T cells. Its activity naturally declines with age, making healthy immune ageing a meaningful biological challenge.

02

Why AVIX created T-Booster

AVIX translated that age-related biology into an 18-ingredient nutritional formulation, selecting ingredients and doses around thymus support rather than building a general multivitamin.

03

How T-Booster is designed to help

The formulation brings complementary vitamins, minerals and nutraceuticals together around one defined purpose: supporting thymus function and healthy immune ageing.

04

We took the idea into human research

The programme moved from formulation into UK GMP manufacture and controlled human research involving 260 adults, supported by a 66,000-capsule production batch.

05

What makes the evidence interesting

The programme looks at the story from several directions: participant-reported outcomes, TREC DNA as a marker associated with newly generated T cells and thymic output, and wider blood and lymphocyte measures. Final analysis and interpretation continue.

Participant-reported improvement by wellbeing outcome after four months
Participant-reported outcomes provide useful context and should be interpreted alongside the blinded placebo comparison, TREC DNA, blood counts and final statistical analysis.
Venture 02 · Animal health & AMR

Green Antibiotics: defined combinations.Measured in the laboratory.

Green Antibiotics does not rely on an undefined herbal blend. It systematically screens defined plant-derived combinations against resistant bacteria, selects the leads that reproduce, and stops the combinations that do not.

01

A global AMR crisis

Bacterial AMR is projected to cause 39 million directly attributable deaths from 2025–2050, with potential annual global GDP losses reaching US$1.7 trillion by 2050—making this both a health and economic emergency.

02

Animal agriculture is part of it

Antibiotic use in livestock can select resistant bacteria that move through animals, people, food, water and the environment. Practical animal-health alternatives are therefore part of the wider One Health response.

03

A defined combination strategy

AVIX screens defined plant-derived compounds in deliberate combinations rather than using an undefined herbal mixture. Forty-one combinations were tested and seven reproducible leads advanced.

04

Promising evidence, next proof ahead

The strongest three-compound blend produced 15 mm inhibition against MRSA and 20 mm against Salmonella Typhi in the reported assay. Patent filing, MIC/MBC, safety and controlled animal work remain next.

Values are methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) / Salmonella Typhi. These are in-vitro screening data. They do not establish dose-normalised potency against a different comparator and do not demonstrate safety or efficacy in live animals.

Venture 03 · Mineral & functional hydration

AVIX Water: four products. One controlled platform.

Reverse osmosis can remove contaminants and also strip dissolved minerals. AVIX Water treats purification, finished composition, verification, filling and release as one operating system rather than treating the bottle as the whole product.

01

Safe water is more than purification

Reverse osmosis can remove contaminants, but it can also remove naturally dissolved calcium, magnesium and other minerals. AVIX Water treats the finished composition as part of the product—not an afterthought.

02

The Bangladesh comparison revealed a gap

The cited Bangladesh comparison found very low calcium and magnesium in sampled local bottled waters compared with several other water sources. That made finished mineral design a practical product-development question.

03

AVIX designs the finished bottle

Purification, defined mineral or functional formulation, verification, filling, packaging and release are managed as one controlled platform supporting four finished products.

04

Prove the product, then prove the market

Bangladesh is the first proof market. Qualified manufacturing and measured demand come first, with selective GCC expansion considered only after that operating evidence is built.

The comparison helps show why AVIX treats finished mineral composition as part of product design rather than assuming all purified water is nutritionally equivalent.

That paper reports local bottled-water means of 2.5 mg/L calcium and 2.42 mg/L magnesium; tube-well water 53.44/32.06 mg/L; Zamzam 96/36 mg/L; and imported bottled water 120/15.1 mg/L. It also discusses 20–30 mg/L calcium and 10 mg/L magnesium as potentially beneficial benchmark levels, while noting broader country and WHO ranges.

The group platform

AVIX should not claim that the ventures share the same science.
